It can take 7-10 days to adjust to progressives, not just ours, but any progressive lens. So, please don’t rush to send them back. Remember you have 90 days to try them at home.

Now, we realize it’s harder for some to adjust than others, but think about never having to take your glasses on and off or losing them again. Isn’t that worth a few days of transition?

  • Adjusting to Progressive Readers™

    Use the top part of the lens for distance and the bottom part for reading or using your phone.

  • For reading your favorite books

    Tilt your head to switch between near and distant views instead of moving your eyes too much.

  • Coordinate your head and eye movement

    Remember to move your head, not just your eyes to avoid distortion on the sides. And good posture always helps!

  • Give it some time, it'll be worth it

    Avoid switching back to your old glasses. It may take up to a week to fully adjust—be patient you have 90 days to try them!

    Items purchased in the last 90 days are eligible for a return or exchange unless damaged or purchased as a Final Sale. Your first exchange is free. There is a $8 restocking fee for returns.

For progressives to work, your eyes need to be centered in the frame, allowing an area to see far away and an area to read below. We know it’s cool to wear your glasses low these days but trust us, this will not help.

What is your return policy?

In the unlikely event that you do not LOOK great in your readers, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to return them, no questions asked.

Exchanges are free. However, due to increased shipping and handling costs, we do charge a $8 fee for returned items.  

Returns that come in past the 90-day return window will be charged a 40% restocking fee.We do not accept returns on damaged or scratched items, outside of manufacturer defects. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please let us know and we will gladly replace it.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order please email hello@lookoptic.com and include your order number. Please note, if the cancelation request is made more than one hour after purchase we may not be able to honor the request, as our warehouse is super fast!

However, if we can't stop the shipment, don't worry, you have 90-days to return the order and we pay for return shipping.

Where's my refund?

Please note refunds take 3-5 business day to process, and are allocated back to the original form of payment.

I don't have a printer, how can I return my item?

We offer USPS QR codes for those do not have access to a printer, please note that not all USPS locations accept QR codes, you may find the closest location to you by clicking here.

I'd rather exchange but my preferred choice isn't available. What can I do?

Please reach out to us and let us know the details of your choice and we will try our best to fulfill your request.

I want to return two or more different orders, am I able to send them back together?

Unfortunately, at this time there is not an option to combine orders for return or exchange.

I lost or can no longer access my return label. What can I do?

Please reach out to us at hello@lookoptic.com and we will provide you with a new label, if we are unable to retrieve the original copy.
